Refund policy

Thank you for choosing FleurHalo.
Every piece in our studio is handcrafted with care, and we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom orders / personalized designs

  • Final sale items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

  • A brief description of the issue

After your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank/payment provider.

If the returned item is not in original condition, a partial refund may apply.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Custom or priority-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We sincerely apologize — this should never happen.
Please contact us at aria@fleurhalo.com within 48 hours and include photos.
We will remake or replace the item at no extra cost.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
